Terms of Service for Project L.U.N.G.E.

Effective Date: August 30, 2026

1. Purchase and Unrestricted Distribution Rights

This software is provided as a paid product. Upon purchasing a legitimate copy of the compiled application, you are granted a perpetual, non-exclusive license to operate the software. Furthermore, you are granted the explicit and unrestricted right to copy, share, and distribute the compiled executable and its accompanying assets to any third party, free of charge.

2. Proprietary Engine Architecture

While you maintain the right to distribute the compiled software, the underlying source code for Project Largely Unusable Non-Euclidean Game Engine (LUNGE) remains closed, proprietary, and strictly confidential. You may not decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the core C++ architecture. We plan to transition the engine to an open-source model in the future, at which time the repository will be formally published under a designated open-source license.

3. Offline Functionality

The application is designed to function independently of any network infrastructure. No persistent internet connection is required to authenticate, launch, or experience the software.

4. Limitation of Liability

The software is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall the developer be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages—including hardware instability or perceived non-Euclidean spatial anomalies—arising from the use, operation, or distribution of the software.
